The Brazilian Rainbow Boa

Pele, the Rainbow Boa, arrived in 2003. Originally, Pele was bought by a newly wed couple on their honeymoon, but when they were moving across states they couldn’t take him with them. They instead brought him to the Center where he spends his time visiting with students of all ages and teaching them that snakes are not scary after all!
