Napoleon

Leopard Tortoise

Napoleon conquered the Center in 2004 at the estimated age of five. Leopard Tortoises get fairly large, about the size of basketballs, and are difficult to keep in the average home. She was well cared for while in her previous owners care, but she became too big for her enclosure and they could not afford to keep her.

Napoleon is in excellent health and will occasionally lay an unfertilized egg because she has the enough energy stored up to produce an egg.
