Ken
Leopard Gecko
Ken, the Leopard Gecko, came to the Center in the Summer of 2015 after being an unwanted pet. We are fairly certain that he is around 7 years old, but he could be much older. In captivity Leopard Gecko’s can live between 15 and 20 years old. Often families buy Gecko’s at the pet store and do not realize the commitment, amount of care and their longevity. Unfortunately, this means that they bounce around from family to family for most of their life. We have no idea how many families Ken has been with over the years but we do know that he has a permanent home at the Center.
